This offering explores what it means to:

• stay with the moment as it is
• release the pull of elsewhere
• allow truth to be met through presence rather than through effort, urgency, or projection

We meet the present moment not as a pause from the journey, but as the place where truth quietly works.

This immersion is gentle, steady, and close to the body. It invites companions to stop leaving the moment long enough to feel what becomes possible when they remain.

During this offering, we gently explore three threads:

• Remaining with What Is Here
  Meeting the present moment without pushing it forward or pulling it backward. Letting what is here be enough to stay with.
• Releasing the Pull of Elsewhere
  Noticing how attention moves toward outcomes, future meanings, old stories, or imagined alternatives. Gently returning to the simple truth of Now.
• Presence as the Place Where Truth Works
  Beginning to feel how change takes root when you remain with the moment rather than trying to control it. Sensing that Truth often works most deeply in the quiet spaces where nothing seems to be happening.
