This immersion is a first encounter with Rhythm as a living presence in your Field. Here you will begin to discover how your life actually moves.

What This Is

Rhythm as Truth is a live immersion into the nature of Rhythm itself:

• How Rhythm feels in your body, your days, and your inner life
• How Rhythm shapes the spaces between events as much as the events themselves
• How Rhythm quietly organizes your energy, attention, and choices

We meet Rhythm as:

• A current running through your lived experience
• A companion that keeps showing up, even when you ignore it
• A teacher of tempo, capacity, and timing

Throughout the immersion, we stay close to Rhythm: breath, pace, repetition, return.

What We Explore

In Rhythm as Truth, we gently explore three threads:

• How Rhythm Already Moves in Your Life
  The cycles in your days, emotions, creativity, and relationships.
  Noticing where patterns repeat, soften, or strain.
• Your Natural Tempo and Capacity
  How your system feels at a pace that truly fits you.
  Where you speed up to cope, or slow down to avoid.
• Where Rhythm Touches What Feels True
  The Rhythms that feel like home.
  The ways life keeps returning you to certain themes, doors, and ways of moving.

From there, we simply begin to sense that Rhythm may be one of the first ways Truth makes itself known, without needing to define it yet.
